Powder room recently completed for a client on Berkeley square- Mayfair. We had the marble basin hand made to match the new marble slabs on the walls and floor. Another one bites the dust. Today we sent a couple engineers to a beautiful family home in London. Our client reported the pool water temperature & pool air temperature had dropped. We found a fault with one of the fans in a valliant gas boiler which was causing issues with the air handling unit. We got called today to a property we maintain in Ascot. Client reported their trench heating was not working within their games room. After 2 hours of diagnostics, the guys discovered their was a restriction in the heating system. We had everything back up and running for the client to watch football later in the day.
